EMERGENCY NUMBERS

Cards are available in the office & in the Health Ministry room for you to record emergency contact telephone numbers.  In this day of unlisted cell phone numbers it is sometimes difficult to know how to reach people.  The completed cards will be kept in a file in the church office.  On the back of the card is a place that gives you the option to record health information.

LIVE WITH URGENCY

Seize Your Divine Moment

Season of Prayer for North American Missions

·    Your North American Mission Board assists Southern Baptists to fulfill the Great Commission in North America—the United States, Canada, and their territories. And we do that through sharing Christ, starting churches, and sending missionaries. We support the work of more than 150,000 missionaries and mission volunteers every year. And we do that in cooperation with our Acts 1:8 partners. Thank you for praying for me, for our missionaries, and for your faithful giving to missions.  - Geoffrey Hammond,

President, North American Mission Board

·    My wife and I are so grateful to Southern Baptists for the opportunity to serve as NAMB missionaries and for their generous giving to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. We are able to accomplish the calling that God has for our lives as we serve in Indianapolis.

Tom Polak, Baptist Center Director, Indiana

·    The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering helps me be available to minister to 10,000 international seafarers from 70+ countries each year .— Jim Putman, Church and Community Ministries Missionary, The Seaman's Center, Freeport, Texas

·    Your giving through the AAEO helps us to buy Bibles in the Inupiaq language to give out to the Eskimo people in the Arctic of Alaska.  Thank you for your giving. — John T. Forrester, Church Planting Missionary, Kotzebue, Alaska

THANKS!

We would like to share our great appreciation to all our church family for the visits, cards, food, prayers and love during this time of sorrow.  We are truly blessed to be a part of such a loving church family.  In Christ’s Name, Hiram McAbee, John, Kim & Joseph McAbee, Kent, Tommie Jo & Carol Anne McAbee, Dan & Lynn Parler, Ben & Caroline Potter

Rev Shull and Friends, How comforting to know that friends are lifting me up in prayer and sending cards to encourage me.  It is so miraculous that prayers have no boundaries to our Heavenly Father.  Recovery is slow, but certain and being home in these beautiful mountains makes me so very thankful.  Again, thank you all for remembering me in such a powerful way.  Secure in His love, Buddy Bridges
