CALLED CONFERENCE REPORT

At the Called Conference this past Sunday night, the church voted to approve a bid to remove the excess dirt, install fabric, plant Abelia Kaleidoscope & Blue Liriope, & install pine bark mulch in the islands in the back parking lot.  Randy Rhodes will be doing this work.  The church also voted to approve a bid to remove overgrown shrubbery from the front of the church.  The Grounds Committee hopes to have a plan for new shrubbery in place in time for planting season this fall.  The church also voted to accept a bid from Donnie Vinson Guttering to replace the gutters and downspouts around the church and to add guttering to the fellowship hall building.  Bids for new blinds, painting of the Prayer Meeting Hallway, and the Garage were put on hold until our funds can be built back up.
